so i'm not wuite sure how to upgarde my new strom.
i've had a friend trying to help me but i'm getting no where...
my phones plugged in with little computer and BB icons and thats as far as i'm getting....
please help!

Try searching the forum for the proper upgrade procedure. Sounds like you'll need the step by step instructions if plugging your device in is as far as you've gotten.

With internet explorer, and your storm plugged in, go here on your PC BlackBerry - Engage an even more powerful BlackBerry Storm, it should tell you there is an upgrade available, go through all the checkbox options of what you do or do not want on your storm, it's easy...
