I think I took that one last picture that caused my memory to over load. now my curve wont stop with the hour glass thing. I think I need help as to delete some pictures so I can put my pic's on my memory card. any ideas?? I have done the hot battery thing, tried the ctl, cap, delete as well. sometimes the main screen comes up but the hour glass wont go away

If you have a memory card, take it out the device and try to boot and see what happens.

You need to get those pics off of your device memory now. Also go to Media>options>and set reserved picture memory to 0

tried that at first, but did the same thing. I put the memory card in hoping that some of the overloaded memory might somehow move to the card and everything might be grand, but, no dice. Im getting a error code 552 as well

Do a battery pull, remove battery while the device is ON, wait a minute and re-insert...

thanks, but still nothing. hour glass is there and then goes to app error 552, reset. I push the track ball to rest then it come back to the same screen

got it running just enough to where my 1mg memory card took over and life is once again resstored

lol, kind of like bump starting your car in high school
