My Blackberry repair experience
Do to a long series of unpleasant circumstances I found that I needed to replace the keyboard of my beloved Blackberry Bold. Although many posters on Crackberry swear this is easy, there are some of us who, for various reasons, are not in a position to disassemble our phones. I have found a business that will do a large number of different repairs to most Blackberry�s. They are located in Houston, TX. I sent them my phone Fed Ex overnight on Monday. They received it Tuesday morning, completed the repair and shipped it back to me the same day. I got my phone Wednesday afternoon, and all is well.
I have a white Bold and they were unable to supply a while keyboard. However, I ordered one from Cellular Nationwide Network - 3G, Sony, Panasonic, LG, SonyEricsson, Nokia, Tools, BlackBerry, and the folks at pda repair world installed it for me. Cant beat that with a stick
