    I am now using another Blackberry device that I got from my sister. I am trying to register my old information onto the device that I got from my sister but it keeps telling me that the user ID already exists. I can't delete my information on the old device because the handset no longer works. How can I reregister my account?

    If the failed device had BlackBerry protect installed, you can log in to BlackBerry protect and manage your devices which includes removing the device.

    What OS was on it?
