    A few days ago I pick my bb curve 9300 3G from shop that repair my bb. I claim my warranty and the sellers said he send it to factory back. In this case my trackpad scroll by itself. Now the trackpad working normally but when I check my bbpin it change! Before I claim warranty my bbpin 23af4c54 but now it change to 28755885. It change to number and when im add my friends on my bbm contact they cant see my display pictures. Only my updates shown on their recent update but my dp not showing up. Im using BBM v.6.2.0.44 and OS v5.0.0.977. My contact so far i only 10-20. Before i sent it to claim warranty everything is okay except the trackpad. But now trackpad okay but BBM being like this. Please help me.

    The gave you a different phone. The BBPIN can not be changed.
