    PLEASE HELP!!!
    freaking out!
so i'm sorry if this has already been asked in another thread.

i kno i'm at a loss as far as whtevr info i had on my 8g microsd, which is only music/ringtones/and of the like, but i wanted to know if there is anyway the info on the device itself can be wiped by RIM/Blackberry themselves? -through my device pin??? i' ve already turned phone & data off, also asked sprint and they said they can't do anything to wipe it, they told me to call RIM, but i won't be able to talk to a live person til tomorrow =/

any info on this would be most appreciated

    thanks so much!!!!

Sorry, you cannot perform a remote wipe on the device. If you had your device password protected, it would automatically wipe itself after ten failed login attempts.

You're welcome. Sorry that we don't have a better answer for you and sorry for your loss. I know I would be really upset if my BB was stolen.

    Sorry your Berry was stolen

And, unfortunately, there are no remote wipes... as others have said

Nope. Your sd card will remain intact. I'm sorry to hear of your misfortune, though. I can't imagine what I'd do if my blackberry was stolen. I store sooooo much secure information in this thing for work, that would be a disaster!
