Hi there everyone,

8310/OS 4.5.0.110
Mail fetching with the default OS app
Mail account is a GMail account

I've always had times when the phone would stop retrieving mail(once every few days) but shutting down and restarting the phone would get it working again. Four days ago, it stopped retrieving mail and restarts and battery pulls haven't fixed the issue.

I checked the account information in the bb config and the email info is still there.

Any help would be greatly appreciated,

you can always go through email set up, delete, and re-add the account....BTDT...
