    Hey everyone...

    So just about 10 minutes ago my blackberry pearl started acting up...

    When I click on the scrolly ball it keeps going to the camera and taking pictures and I am positive I am not even close to touching the camera button.

    Also, when I am trying to type and only hit one key.. a bunch of letters show up. I am just wondering why it is doing this all of the sudden.

    Is there anything I can do to fix it?
    I have tried a battery pull.

    What OS are you running? You can just type 'myver' on your berry or go to options > about.

    Did u just do an os upgrade recently by any chance?

    What is OS? haha
    I have never done an OS update.

    It says v4.3.0.127 but that probably has nothing to do what you were asking for.

    That is exactly what I was looking for actually! Great job!

    So since I'm on the wap I can't see what carrier you have, but I know all the pearls now have 4.5.0.xx available to upgrade to. I would head over to the Pearl forums and find the correct OS (operating system) for your phone, read the simple instructions, and perform the upgrade on your device. It should help with some of your issues, if not all of them as they sound software related to me.
