Okay well I have downloaded an album on my z10 through the browser on my phone. And I have accidentally deleted the file in the file manager. Now the files won't go away from my music app. I try to delete it. But it keeps giving me these errors. And it won't go away. It won't even let me play the music. Do I have to erase everything on my phone now for it to go away? Please help (there's the pic of what it says when I try to play it)

No. You can get the OS update. 10.1 or 10.2 whichever you can. Or just turn off the phone, and remove the battery pack an reinstall it back. See if that fixes it.

No I don't have the update to my z10 (10.2) yet tmobile USA is taking for ever. And I've already taken out the battery. It still won't fully delete.

That happened to me. Where was the file located? Device or sd card? If on the SD try removing it and reinserting it. So the sd will reindex.

It was on my device. I only move it to my SD if I like the album. Lol but yeah anything else I can do?

How did you delete it? From the music app?

No I deleted it from the file manager accidentally. But not from the music app. Then that's when it it says that error from the picture.

try holding down on the song from your music list and seeing if a delete option appears or Open music player ,click play list, select desired play list. Tap the three dots on the lower right side. Then tap select more. or Open music app. Hit play list , select the play list hit edit. Then you can remove songs by hitting the minus sign next to them or

Well I just tried putting the music into a play list on the music app. The songs won even go inside the play list. I'm guessing since I don't have the actual file. Since I deleted them. Sigh.
