I know that iTunes (among others) files are supported on the Curve - What I can't seem to figure out is how to transfer the files ... Any tips?

Do you have a media card installed?

If not, files larger than 2.86MB cannot be loaded on the device memory.

If you do have a media card, enable mass storage device and plug in the USB cable that came with your BB. Then click and drag the files form your computer to your media card.
