Multiple Enterprise Accounts on single BB

Is there a model that allows you to upload multiple enterprise accounts? I am a consultant and have a couple enterprise type email accounts.

The answer looks to be yes, but only just. The standard answer would be no! You would need to jump through a few hoops to set this up, and to keep it going. I think you will run into too many problems and inconveniences.
