    Seting up my daughters storm, 9530. She has 2 email accounts, 1 aol the other an edu. Verizon service.

    Instead of receiving emails to her edu account she gets this message

    "This email account is no longer accessible by your BB device. This issue may be caused by a problem with your email provider.

    To resume email delivery, login into your BB Internet Service Account and verify that settings for this email account are correct."

    Anybody else have this problem????

    Try logging into the BIS account at https://bis.na.blackberry.com/html?brand=vzw and making sure there's a check beside the email address. If not click the little circle with a line through it to validate the account

    be sure the server is correct when entering this in to the BIS account, or it won't get validated successfully.

    Check that the POP settings on edu account are correctly set up.
