dgrindle
I've been using Blackberry and AT&T BIS for years and everything has worked fine. I recently had to add a new SMTP domain to my Exchange 2003 Server, and I'm having trouble setting up users with the new email domain on BIS.
Here's an example:
original SMTP domain,
[email protected]
New SMTP domain,
[email protected]
I can access both using OWA mail.mycompany.com/exchange or mail.mynewcompany.com/exchange
BIS will not connect to mynewcompany.com.
