Does anybody know why when I transfer MP4 files to my BB, I seem to have no sound? I have pic, but no sound. I use my roxio file transfer software, which came with my BB and I even check the conversion box, for optimal playback on the transfer box. Does anyone have any other ideas? Now its hit and miss, there are some MP4 files which I transfer and I do get the sound. Please help!
