We have moved one of our power users (using a torch 9800) to BES V5 yesterday and he has notices some syncing issues between mail on his torch and his outlook
Example: Mial delivered to Outlook 2007 mailbox at 11:53 but delivered to his BB mailbox at 1315 - we are wondering if there is a log as a result of mooving him to BES5 and it will iron itself out
There is a log directory within c:\program files\research in motion\BlackBerry Enterprise Server (I think I got the path right)
There are a lot of files in there, you may need to check several of them out until you find the one you are looking for. You can also open a case with RIM with you have support.
