I am moving north at the end of this month, specifically Vancouver and taking my beloved tmobile 9780 with me Which carriers are compatible with my phone?

I suggest going Wind Mobile or Mobilicity since they use the same bands as Tmobile. You get unlimited everything for about 29-$40 which is a very good and afordable price compared to the Major carriers here. But since they're new entrants here in Canada, they still don't have coverage in some of the provinces like Manitoba, Quebec, and Saskatchewan and some other ones but it will not be an issue if you're not planning on traveling a lot. Anyways welcome to Canada and good luck with the moving. I hope you like it here as we're very friendly people

I would suggest Mobilicity or WIND because they have same UMTS handsets as T-mobile.
With the other carriers such as Rogers you will get 2G.

Make sure your Blackberry Bold 9780 is unlocked, you need to unlock it first to use other carriers.
