I'm about ready to get a refund on this device, now I really like the sound of callers, and i like the snug fit, but sometimes people can here me just fine, then all of a sudden they can hardly hear me am I doing something wrong, I have the stealth mode off as i'm at home with no noise.

I have the HX-1 and have had no such problems. It is the best device I have used. Maybe you should try another one or check out your phone for problems. Like I said I'm good with mine.

I did try it out with my iPhone and my BB S2, and both times I get them saying they can't hear me ughh! I might go back to get an exchange, I really do like the call quality from callers, and the fit is snug, so I'm gonna go get another one to see if it's just a bad device!
