I'm new to the forums, had BB's for three years now - Tour, gave it back after two tries, got Curve 8830, couple bad ones, exchanged with Sprint no hassle. Now Bold 9650. Almost all people on the receiving end of my phone conversation report terrible sound quality. I have spoken to Sprint, they give me a new phone. Same problem. I have tried many times to contact RIM, using those email addresses rarely found on BlackBerry websites. They say call Sprint.
I still have people complaining about my phone calls.
What can I do???
