Absolutely loving my decision to make the switch to my gorgeous Z10 from my bulletproof Bold 9930. EXCEPT for one thing... the Slacker app. now don't get me wrong I love that they are fully supporting BB10 with a native app, but it is severely lacking compared to its Legacy version. No playlist caching, and what's really annoying is the fact that anytime you search the a specific song it automatically plays a station based on that song or artist. It never plays the specific song you wanted to hear. Am I crazy or is anyone else having these issues?

Hmmm...is this a paid subscription to Slacker, or just the basic free Slacker?
I thought playlist caching was only on paid subscriptions.
Same with playing specific songs or albums.

Dave's the name btw, and I haven't bought my Z10...yet, but I will soon.
If I was paying for Slacker premium, but found that it didn't have the premium functionality that I was paying for I would be pretty annoyed.

I would probably contact Slacker support, and consider temporarily unsubscribing.
But of course, I can't speak from BB10 experience...yet.

I sent Slacker emails about this when it first came out, they told me that they don't currently have any plans to make the premium features available so I wonder if they'll tell you the same.
The other annoying thing is the 3 play lists I had are not accessible unless I use my Nexus 7. Hope they fix this, miss my songs at the gym. But I found Songza to be very good while I wait.

Lol, I will definitely give it a fair shake, I love the BB platform in general.
I'm just patient...but I will be getting it probably in a week or so.
I am getting the accessories though, so I'll be ready.

Sucks that Slacker is only offering basic basic services for BB10.
Kinda lame in my opinion.
Hopefully they will reconsider.

Not planning on it...I've got 1 for my 9850, but I never use it.

I purchased and received screen protectors, and 64g card.

I purchased and are on back order for transform shell, and battery charging bundle.

I think it's even more annoying that a native app doesn't even support the z10 media controls, except for volume adjustment. No play/pause/skip. Hope it gets fixed soon.
