So this guy comes in today telling me how he has a Palm Treo with WinMo on it and it won't let him sync the <b>subcategories</b> within is contacts with his Treo. So anyways, he's interested in getting the Storm. He asks if he would be able to sync his "subcatgeorized" contacts with his Storm? Anyone have any experience with that? Or a possible answer for me? Something would be much appreciated.
I would assume no. Since BB runs on their own operating system, which is not WinMo. I'm sure he could have his contacts transfered as long as you were able to do so in the store.
But he can always back them up once he actually has the berry and gets DM.
Again...just my general thoughts on this...I have no idea if that is actually the case. I would just think having two different operating systems would create a problem.
By sub-categorized...are you meaning like groups of contacts or several contact options for one particular contact? I know BB should do both...
