    Is your angle "Everything has a use to someone" ? If so I can't debate about that.

    I just hoped the 'free outage apps' on offer to us at the time would be good enough to show RIM were sorry.

    Not just for the outage but moreso being kept in the dark for two days about it.

    If they cause your phone to freeze up, drain your battery down in a couple of hours or don't do what they are suppose to do... I'd call them rubbish!

    RIM might have been better of not to give those apps away...
