I installed the Mobipocket Reader for Blackberry and now I cant access anything on the phone. Error 507.
Does anyone know what I can do to fix?

i THINK the last time i saw that error was when i erased all data on my berry
you need to reload the OS

Welcome to CrackBerry.
If that occured doing an Over the Air install, it is a very serious issue.
I have installed Mobipocket reader two ways, directly and through the desktop application.
Start with a desktop install, when you connect the BlackBerry it should prompt you to install device software.

I also did the desktop install and it worked great for me - I had to install twice this way. Hope you backed up!

Follow Stoners advice and install thru desktop. Also, check out the link at the bottom on how to recover a dead berry. Or look at the bottom of my sig. GL and let us know if you have any more questions.
