I've never insured my phones before however last year my daughter had 2 Blackberry's stolen over the 12 month period so thought I'd look into it.
I have now just taken out a policy with 'Gadget Cover' for 2 x Z10's which seems very comprehensive: Theft, Accidental Damage, Liquid Damage, Unauthorized calls (�2500), Malicious Damage and including 'accidental loss' & worldwide cover costs less than �20 per year per device (40p a week) as they are offering 2 devices for the price of 1 this month.

I can't really judge an insurance company till I have a claim 'experience' and wonder if anyone has used them & has claimed?

If anyone is looking then note that the Z10 should be entered manually into their system as the pre-determined option values it at over �400 new! .... this obviously increasing the premium but it doubles the excess from �25 to �50!

Only a good rate if they payout on a claim ...................... always the skeptic!!

Haven't insured a mobile since around 95 when t-mobile added it to your bill for around �3 per month, also haven't lost or damaged a phone since then so I'm up!

But this looks like a good deal, will investigate them further.

Get free mobile phone insurance through my bank account. Never had to claim on it as yet so don't know in reality how good it is going to be.
