I am mainly a Cyclist, and average about 120 - 200 miles a week during peak riding season. Currently only on the bike about once or twice a week 60 - 120 miles (more about saddle time a distance in the winter, speed in the summer)
However, although a bit late starting, considering training for a small local marathon. Here's my runs this year;

Winter Run 4: 2.0 mi - 8:10/mi.
Winter Run 5: 6.0 mi - 9:50/mi.
Winter Run 6: 6.8 mi - 9:42/mi.
Winter Run 7: 3.0 mi - 8:45/mi.
