I have a question, so if you have a BIS service already, do you need to pay extra to use the mobile hotspot or its covered with the unlimited blackberry internet through my BIS service? Thano you!!!

That has to do with your carrier, not with RIM. I'd suggest asking them what's included. I understand that some charge extra and some don't.

I believe it's carrier-dependent. With Rogers, I had 500MB BIS which did not include Tethering - when I switched to the 6GB Plan it included it. I think it's anything 1GB and over with them.

Also depends on the files on your device. If you load the CODs correctly (from another OS/carrier release) it wont charge. However, this is considered going around the system, and may end up with a huge bill from the carrier or termination of service. So I would not recommend it.
