    I have an Ipod touch and would like to use my (Verizon) Pearl as a hot spot. Is this possible? I tried the bluetooth thing but the pearl didn't seem to find it though the Touch found the pearl.

    No. Your phone (8130) is are designed to take advantage of hotspots not
    act as them.

    Yeah, there's currently no way to tether and iPod Touch and a BlackBerry .... unfortunately.

    There are technology issues on both sides of this equation.
