My boyfriend just got his MMS messaging connected on his phone and he took the battery out and reset his phone and everything but every time he tries to send a pic or something it says "No MSS Service" and it doesn't let him recieve anything either...

What should he do?

Is his network on? Have him go to Manage Connections on his phone and make sure his phones service is on.
