hello people! my email keeps dissapearing! after i've read it a day or so later it dissapears, i have it set to keep messages forever, so i dont know whats happening, ive been looking at all the options and menus and i cant find them. i have a bold. can anyone help me please!!

oh and there are 4 unread messages on there and i cant find them! the icon is on the main screen but i cant find them! help!!??

also i know my message box doesnt have 65000 mails in it too, so i dont think its that. i think i just need to get to a higher level of options or something!

First check missed calls as they are also listed as unread messages.

Go to your messages folder > mark prior opened, to stop your calls from appearing in your messages folder change the option thru call logs > call logging.

have you checked your memory?

nope thats not done it! its taken the icon from the main page, but i still cant access previous messages, they arent listed arhhh!
