I have a user who is missing some of his contacts from Outlook. We are running BESX, and his phone is a Bold 9650. I just did a wipe of the phone, and then activated it through BESX. As the sync was going, it said xx of 1442 (which is the correct amount), however, when it finished, and I go into the Contacts options, it tells me there are only 1010. The contacts that are missing are random (not alphabetical order or anything). Before the wipe, it showed 1010 contacts, so I was thinking it might be a limitation, but I haven't seen anything about that. I also have another user that shows over 1200 contacts, but he's missing some too. Both are on the same BESX server. Any ideas?
