I'm trying to help someone who has a Bold 9650 w/a minor BlackBerry 2007 Outlook 'problem'. While in the Outlook calendar on their BlackBerry, the user used to be able to just scroll to the right and be able to look at future days. They currently cannot do so unless they scroll to the top and choose a day of the week or the right arrow. The initial view has always been set to Day. I have tried rebooting, changing calendar settings (including the Enable Quick Entry function), etc. and I cannot regain that function. Any ideas??
By simply taking out the battery, waiting 30 seconds then popping back in. Just very strange...
