The HUB doesn't support MFA. You will have to create an app-specific password.

Well I wouldn't go demanding it.... asking would be a good start.

But you have to understand it is a less secure method that your "support" might not support.

works fine for me as outlined here: https://support.blackberry.com/kb/ar...mber=000057175

He has a managed work account that require MFA.... your work around isn't possible unless the administrator enables password authentication, which is less secure and not a recommended deployment.

But yes personal office365 or less secure business deployments might allow of this work around.

The linked method is MFA, I don't think it works for personal Hotmail/Outlook accounts but I've used it with Office 365 in the past.

I'm having the same problem here - only I've created an app password for my connection (I'm also an admin on the M365 side as needed).

When I go through set up it says "Unable to create your account at this time"

I had it fully synched just fine before I updated MSFT MFA and since then I've deleted the old account and tried to re-add, but no luck.

I've tried manually through "advanced" as well - the error then is server outlook.office365.com for account is not responding

    any thoughts?
