    I am a small business owner and recently upgraded my email from a pop acct to a microsoft exchange account. Since making the upgrade I haven't gotten any emails on my blackberry...please help! Thanks!

    You need to have Outlook Web Access configured in order to connect your Blackberry to outlook. If you have already set up OWA, meaning you can access your inbox over the internet then you need to properly configure your BB to connect to it. Here are instructions from RIM:
