I have on my bb an single message that claims to be unread..but there is no message on any of the emails. I tried to put this question into help but for some reason it would allow me too. Any help would be nice to clear this up!
Open up the main messages app on your BB, press the BB key and then select search. Now where it says Show in the Search App, set that to Unopened Only and where is says Type, set that to All. This is now search for all unopened messages in your messages folder.
