    I have a new message envelope on my homescreen that will not go away, no blinking message indicator light though, just the envelope. I've made sure I have no messages or e-mails in their respective folders (all go to the one message folder anyways). I've taken the battery out quite a few times. It's still there and won't go away. Any other ideas? TIA

    Ahhhh. After reading a related thread I figured it out. I had inadvertantly saved an unread message instead of deleting it. It was in my saved folder. Once I deleted it poof, the message envelope was gone. Thanks anyways!

    I was just about to say check your saved messages folder. It happens every once in awhile.
