MEP Question for 9900 Bold

Hi all,

I have bought my blackberry couple of weeks ago.....awesome phone, great battery life and probably the best phone I have owned.

Now, I travel a lot and obviously I need my phone unlocked. I have tried unlocking it through various sites. 3 different sites and I received exactly the same code from all of them and you can guess that the MEP2 code does not work. It gives me the code error. So the people that provided me with the code asked me for MEP code.....the generator does not work so I tried the MEP calculator and entered the OS engineer window and device information......now this is where the problem comes in....the MEP code and many other information is blanked out meaning I can scroll over it and click on them at in which point there is a pop up and tells me copy screen etc....I can't read the MEP number so I can provide them with it and have my damn phone unlocked. I have searched all over the internet for the past three days and can't come up with a solution.

PLEASE HELP.....any information will be greatly appreciated.
