I have two email addresses on my BB. My main one is my work email, which is enterprised. The other is my personal, which is a cox account.

When my girlfriend sends me calendar requests to my pesonal email, I accept and it shows on my BB calendar. However, it doesn't sync to my enterprise calendar in outlook on my work computer.

Any idea how I can force this to happen?

Calendars are associated with email addresses. If you want the appointment on your enterprise calendar, have her send it to your work email address.
