Media Net Customization
Hi, I have a curve 8310 on At&t. I use the reg browser when I goto standard web sites, but the media net browser is nice to have your weather, news, stocks, finance news, etc all set up for you.
Is there a way to customize this even further like thru your home computer so you can manage the content easier?
Doing this on the BB is restritive and it seems limited as too what you can add. Not sure if Im missing something here?
Also, If media net isnt very friendly for this, this is any other apps out there that will do what Im looking for that has higher ratings compared to Media net?
Thanks...

Wireless.att.com/Medianet
Create a login and complete the registration. When logged in, on the left side you will see "My MEdia Net" The rest of the process should be self explanatory... if not, just hit this thread up again or pm me.
or you could try PocketExpress

I'm not sure it will work as it may give you an error that Medianet is not supported. You can try to add a regular phone to the account, update medianet and then go back to the Blackberry. This may be too much, so PocketExpress is always another solution.

Google has a free product called igoogle. It's basically a homepage that is fully customizable. Set it up on your PC and it will view the same in a mobile browser. It loads fast, no ads, no photos.
You arrange the content you select in the order you choose. It plays out like Medianet without all of the shop links & nonsense.
If you log in and tell it to remember, it will always retain your selections. It has multiple pages as well if you select more content.
Like many of the products from Google Labs it is a work in progress.

Thanks for the Advise. I tried pocket express and it looks promising. Much better than plain media net. I will try google too and see what that is like. Thanks again for your quick help!
