How do you imagine, this would work without any encryption? If one app locks a file with no encryption in place, why wouldn't be another app able to open the same file? Tell us more about your case situation or scenario, please.

I want to just lock gallry. Like phone lock when we lock phone then all fon is not encrypted. Buddy

Noy possible, afaik
Yhe api's don't provide it
There are however apps that you can use to store in pictures or videos that you don't want others to see
Thing is, that if you accidentally delete the app without removing the pictures, they get deleted along with it

But android apps are not working

I just tested a theory.. and it worked.
Creating a 'Zipped' compressed folder.
Use the file manager to 'zip' the contents of a picture folder.
This will create a zipped folder of pictures within the same folder and then you can delete the originals. The contents of the now zipped folder will not be displayed when using the normal 'Pictures' (Gallery) application.
To reverse the process:
You unzip that folder and it creates a separate folder of the same images within the original folder which is then viewable in the Gallery under 'Recently added'

Thanks for reading but I alrady done ur method and it is good but u cant zip every time. u know
The thing is that whatsup content in galry gives me problem and I just want to lock my galry
There should be a app which can lock any other app. Android apps are not working
