i have the pearl 8130 and downloaded the media softwear and i can't do a thing with it. i would like to transfer my mp3 to the device from my pc but the phone never came with a how to book. why do they give you a phone with no directions. if anyone could please help i would love you forever.

Does you have an SD memory card? You could just throw the mp3's on there and then load em up to your BlackBerry.
