What type of applications can I save to my media card and how do I go about saving them to my media card rather than my device. Also which apps should be saved to the device for them to run properly.

You can't run applications from the Media Card. Applications must be installed to the Device Memory.
You cannot run apps from the media card on a BlackBerry. It is just that - a media card. Aerize is an app that manages storing application installation files on the card but you still have to install the app and run it from BlackBerry memory. To me, the only advantage of storing any .exe or .zip files on the media card is to keep them in one place so you'll always have them if you need to use a PC with DM to reinstall something. No different from doing the same thing on a flash drive or a special folder on a PC.

I would guess that Desktop Manager can be used to install on the device itself. This would be totally unnecessary if BB would push out a devices with a 16GB of app memory or an OS that would allow apps to run from the card. Don't get me wrong. I am a huge BB fan. This is my second and certainly not my last BB.
