    My media card now says it has an error. I was able to use it on my pc and I did scan it no errors detected. It this a bb issue or has my card crapped out? I am glad I was able to get my pics off but I am not sure how to fix this error.

    If you have that issue, I'd suggest moving all your files from the card to your PC.

    Then format the card in your BlackBerry and move the files back from your PC to your BlackBerry card.

    Figured that out formatted card and all seems fine.

    Why would a card lose formatting overnight when not being used?

    There could be a bug in the device driver firmware on your handset, or the memory card could be bad or starting to go bad.
