I can't tell you how HAPPY I was this morning when emails started coming in. It's like all felt right with the world!! You really do go through a "withdrawal" of types when the device isn't working. Trying feverishly to get it working - first thinking it's just your device, then maybe your carrier and WOW - then finding out there is NOTHING you can do!!!!!! BBs do give you a feeling of control and I must say that when you are at the mercy of a much bigger issue than just taking out the battery (rebooting) or resending the service books, it can feel like disaster has struck

it looks like you all had a nightmare...I do feel for you all.

I went to bed last night and all was fine and then this morning.....all was fine to. I had slept through any issues...

But hope you all get sorted...
