    It is a bit surprising to me, but I suppose it shouldn't be! Even if the actual percentage of fans willing to line-up is small, the place where there would be enough is NY!!

    When you think about it, there were line-ups all over the place for the Lumia, so I guess this should be expected!

    Surprised that CB isn't covering it!

    What are those people actually lining up for? That's not where Kevin is.. is it? Just viewed Kevin giving "Manny" (first AT&T Z10 owner) an interview and it didn't look at all busy in there.

    Yea Ludacris and some other musicians were there. It was a party. I doubt that's a line to buy Z10's. More likely people getting into the party.

    Yeah...OK. Something pretty odd here. Kevin said there was a "solid" crowd in the store, which is what it looked like in the video....it certainly didn't look like a massive line-up, nor did Kevin mention any massive line-up.

    Having said that, I'm sure the OP wouldn't try any shenanigans or post an unsubstantiated photo after this morning's rant against Kevin. ;-)

    I think that line is for the party. But there did seem to be a line in the best buy which is still good.

    This isn't call of duty and remember what we said in Canada most BlackBerry users don't need to line up. Many stores with many phones.

    What camera was used in that photo? It seems purposefully blurry and from a distance. Hard to tell if it is a line or any busy NY street that happens to be below a Blackberry Advertisement.

    That's not a sales line. That's the line for the event. Why would you post saying that line was for folks trying to purchase the phone?

    I don't think I would expect a line when it's only released on one carrier. Which, by the way, seems a strange way to do things. Was it released like that anywhere else? Pretty sure here in Canada all the carriers had it - at least the big ones. There might be some smaller ones that didn't have it right away.
