My company is planning to do a "Mass" Blackberry OS Upgrade and we have many older models of Blackberries and multiple service providers.\
Is it possible to load the Handheld device software for an 8820 Blackberry from Verizon and AT&T on the same PC to do the OS upgrades? Or will I have to create a Verizon Blackberry Upgrade station and a AT&T Blackberry Upgrade station
the 8820 is only on T-Mo and AT&T, delete the vendor.xml file (search for it if you don't know it's location) and the newer OS for that specific model will work
the 8830 is more than likely the one VZW and Sprint use, the same PC can load both, since they are different OS's for the different models
