    I have the voice guidance button checked, but it's not telling me directions. This forces me to constantly look at my phone when I'm driving.

    I had this problem, my media volume was turned down. I basically had to guess when the voice should be coming on to tell me a direction queue, and start hitting the volume up key to increase the volume.

    Once you turn up the volume successfully on one notification, it will be fixed for all subsequent notifications.

    So you have to press the volume up within the 2 seconds that the notification sounds?
