I am having problems with my maps, I have maps installed but when I run the program, it does not connect to download the maps. I only get a green back ground with diagonal lines. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance
You must have a data plan. The diaganol lines indicate that there is no information. If you do have a data plan just wait for the maps to download. and the $$$ to up load
