What i am looking for is a reset that can be performed on the BlackBerry that resets the BES connection manually. I had the instructions but seemed to have misplaced them. To narrow the parameters, it started by heading to a screen, that is hidden, then typing in ctrl..once completed you have reset the BES server synchronization and this has been know to relieve one way sych issues.
