What do you do when you realize that you accidentally threw out your BlackBerry with the Thursday trash? Ok, after you finish weeping and moaning.
Aspen Colorado resident Billy Boyd, after discovering that he had done just that, headed to the local Aspen recycling center and located his BlackBerry, but it was on the other side of a gate and he had to return the following morning to retrieve it. When he got there on Wednesday he was told the bin had been taken to the local landfill and and emptied.
Over at the landfill, Billy used another cell phone to call his BlackBerry and after 30 minutes he was actually able to find it.
�I can�t think of another time where it has worked out,� solid waste manager Chris Hoofnagle told the Daily News of Boyd�s successful search at the landfill.
