    How do I make a SMS, MMS, email etc. from a specific contact a level 1 message so that I can assign a different notification to that message/contact? I am using a pearl 8130 on Verizon.

    Create a filter in Desktop Manager. Filter on the email address and check the "Forward with Level 1 Notification" box.
