Has anyone found a good one or even tried one for your car? I was wondering how well they work or any damage done to your BB?
What im looking for is a vertical holder that you can stick your BB to via magnet. Thanks in advance for any Info.
You want the connection from the holster to the actual blackberry to be magnetic? If so, I would think this would trip the internal sleep sensor all the time.

That and the fact the the exterior case is for the most part plastic and therefore non-magnetic. Also a magnet strong enough to attract the internals might also frell the the SD card, or other internal storage.

Magnetic fields will not harm ANYTHING in the phone. Go ahead and attach a magnatron magnet, you can't hurt it.
it wont (shouldnt) damage your phone to use a magnet but it will give you crappy reception but for the tour you can buy a nice mount or holder from amazon.
